A Stronger You is a community mental health and fitness program that was developed during a difficult time in the world, with the intention to provide an open and safe space for individuals to strengthen both physical and mental health. A Stronger You is FREE to the Staten Island Community and open to all.


The program Includes 1 hour of a strength and boxing workout led by highly respected trainers, followed by a30-45 minute peer mental health discussion facilitated by an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Our mission is to break the stigma by shining light on common mental health challenges and using fitness as a coping/self-care tool.

Our Empowerment in Every Punch Program works hand in hand with an exclusive list of licensed mental health counselors and provides there clients who are struggling with grief and loss with the opportunity to come to the gym for 2-5 free private lessons depending on availability and scheduling.
